August 18 Update
First of all I’d like to tell my followers that I’ve been feeling great physically and emotionally due to my dedication on diet and exercise. I got addicted to running/jogging in the mornings and I’ve been making sure to do that every day before working at Kohl’s. I’ve been doing this for the last week, and I’ve already seen (and feel) some great results to my body. I have more energy, feel less hungry, and best of all, look amazing.
My past shifts have been really good for me statistics wise. I have always accumulated AT LEAST 8 credit solicitations during the past 7 shifts. A couple of shifts I had over 10 credits. I received my paycheck on August 17and received over $50 in credit incentives. Add Superstar of the Month bonus and that’s a pretty paycheck! Everyone in Kohl’s is seriously taking notice now that I get a lot of credit. I am giving Santhi (the credit queen) a real run for her money!
I love working at Kohl’s, especially when management treats me right. The coworkers are great (for the most part).Found out there’s a lot of drama between coworkers of different levels and kinds. Girl likes this guy at POS, Guy trying to get at a boss, girl getting desperate asking a lot of guys to be with her, making up stuff, ETC ETC. It maybe a bad thing, but I do agree that it definitely is entertainment and as long as you’re not too involved in it, it really spices up my shift. I myself cannot stand to work with a certain coworker, although we both do not make it a big deal.Either way, I’ve grown over the years to realize that not everyone will like you. Behind every successful personare haters, and if you don’t have any, then you’re not doing it right.
"E3: Guys, we are still 2nd place behind Roseville. We are at 10 credits, and Andre has all 10. We need all POS
to participate and solicit credit please!! ” LOL. Because of this, I can choose to wear Jeans next shift! Haha.
